Room Packing Service with Storage

We pack all your belongings in your room for you and then can store your items for you until you need them redelivered.Our standard service is to pack the entire contents of your room (throwing away any contents in the fridge, unless you have a shared fridge/kitchen space). All items will be packed into respective boxes and labelled in the following way: Bathroom Box, Kitchen Box, Bedroom Box, Wardrobe Box, Desk Box, Other Items Box. We will use bubble wrap for items we deem to be delicate, usually plates, glasses, cups etc. Any loose items will also be labelled with your name on and packed. We will confirm when your room is packed and how many boxes/items we have once we have completed the packing.You can store for as short or long as you want, and when you want your items delivered back to you simply place a new order for redelivery of your items in storage, and we will confirm redelivery costs based on your requirements. Room Packing Service with Shipping

We pack all your belongings in your room for you and ship these to you anywhere in the world.Our standard service is to pack the entire contents of your room (throwing away any contents in the fridge, unless you have a shared fridge/kitchen space).You can add notes for any items that you want to donate or dispose of to reduce the number of items to be shipped, this will lower the shipping costs. Please ensure all instructions are clear, especially if you have personal belongings in a shared kitchen space.Items Not Covered By Our Shipping InsuranceUnfortunately, fragile kitchenware items are not covered by our shipping service and we can not take any responsibility for damage during transit. By deciding to not pack these items you can reduce your shipping costs.Once we have packed your items will take these to our warehouse and prepare them for shipping to your chosen address. We will contact you within 48 hours of packing your room to confirm the shipping options and costs for your approval. Once approved we will complete any relevant customs declarations and paperwork and provide you with your tracking number so you can track your shipment. **Important: Prohibited & Restricted Items that we can not send and will dispose of** There are a number of items that can’t be shipped from the UK, and as such these will not be packed but disposed of unless you agree with us prior to the packing any other instructions. We pack all your belongings in your room for you and deliver them to another room or address in the UK.Our standard service is to pack the entire contents of your room (throwing away any contents in the fridge, unless you have a shared fridge/kitchen space). All items will be packed into respective boxes and labelled in the following way: Bathroom Box, Kitchen Box, Bedroom Box, Wardrobe Box, Desk Box, Other Items Box. FAQs

What is included with the Room Packing Service?
Book for our personal packing team to visit your room and pack your items for you. We can assist you in packing your room, or if you are not able to be present at the property with your authorisation we arrange with your property manager to gain access to your room and pack all your personal belongings. We provide all packing materials, boxes, bubble wrap and tape and once all your belongings are packed professionally we can store these items, ship these anywhere in the world, hold them for 7 days in our warehouse where you can arrange for them to be collected.

As part of the service, you will have a dedicated personal packing assistant who will manage your relocation and help co-ordinate any instructions to the packing team.

Can we request some items to be packed and shipped, and others to be held in storage?
Absolutely, if you need some urgent items packed and shipped and there are other non-essential household items that you would like us to store your personal packing assistant can arrange this for you.

How will my items be packed?
Our professional team will pack your items into boxes, labelling each box with the contents e.g. Bathroom, Kitchen, Bedding, Clothing, Shoes. If you have suitcases also we will pack these, and delicate items will be wrapped in bubble wrap. All your items will be labelled with your name and packed to the necessary requirements based on whether your items are to be stored, or shipped.

Please note any perishable items and all food content in your room will be disposed of unless you specify this in the notes for your order. If you have items in a shared communal space e.g. kitchen we will need your instruction and description of these items clearly. Your personal packing assistant will discuss this with you if share communal spaces.


How will I know the cost to ship my items?
We will only be able to provide a quotation once your room has been packed, as we will then know how many boxes/items need to be shipped and the total weight of the shipment, including destination details. Your personal assistant can however potentially provide an estimated range for shipments to your destination based on our experience to provide an indication. We can ship some urgent items, and store other items should you wish.

How will you get access to my room if I am not at the property?
Don't worry, once you have placed your order and provided us with authorisation to pack your contents we will speak to the property management team to agree access. In some cases we may ask you to also email the reception email of your building however this is not always necessary. 

How will I know when my room is packed and cleared of all my belongings?
Once your order is confirmed and a date / time has been scheduled we will notify you of this. Our team will take images of your items in the room when they arrive, and also at the end. We will ensure all your items are packed and removed from the property before 16/04/20.

Who will be packing my personal belongings?
We have a professional team of individuals with experience in personal packing and home removals.  Our dedicated team are vetted and will wear recording camera technology during the job for your peace of mind. Images and videos before and after will also be captured, along with an inventory of the number of boxes, loose items, and any household furniture that we pack.

Can I amend my order, or change the scheduled date for the room packing to take place?
We try to be as flexible as we can be as we know plans can sometimes change. You can amend your order, if you need to for example ship some items, or store for a shorter or longer period. Once your order is confirmed and a date provided if you wish to cancel your order please let us know at least 48 hours before your packing date. Due to high demand during this busy period, if you need to cancel after this period a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. If you cancel within 24 hours of the confirmed date a 75% cancellation fee will apply.
